Role Overview
As a Associate UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with our design and development teams to assist in creating intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and functional websites and dashboards. You’ll gain hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, and crafting UI designs while learning how to balance creativity and usability in real-world projects. This role is perfect for someone with 2+ years of experience who is eager to learn, contribute,



and develop into a well-rounded designer.

Key Responsibilities
User Experience Design
Assist in user research, creating user flows, and understanding user needs.
Support in developing wireframes, prototypes, and mockups under guidance.
Collaborate with senior designers and stakeholders to turn requirements into effective experiences.

User Interface Design
Design clean, visually engaging interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
Ensure designs are responsive and user-friendly across devices and screen sizes.
Work with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.

Collaboration and Growth
Work with cross-functional teams including content and development to deliver cohesive projects.
Stay curious and updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.
Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and team discussions.

Qualifications and Skills
Required
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX or web
