Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Deskside Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support for end-user devices, software, and basic network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience supporting enterprise IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating systems.
Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office Suite.
Perform hardware installation, upgrades, repairs, and break-fix activities.
Deploy and image laptops and desktops using standard enterprise procedures.
Manage user accounts, password resets,



and Active Directory administration.
Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Handle incidents and service requests using ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors for issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.

Basic Networking Knowledge

Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing.
Troubleshoot wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) connectivity issues.
Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN environments.
Familiarity with network switches, routers, and VLAN concepts.
Diagnose network cable, switch port, and connectivity issues.
Configure VPN and remote access connections.
Support network printers and shared resources.
