Role Description The Inside Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving admissions and revenue growth for CoLLearn’s sports education programs. This role involves managing the inside sales team, overseeing lead generation and qualification, and guiding prospective learners through the enrollment process with a consultative approach. The Inside Sales Manager will monitor sales metrics, optimize conversion funnels,



and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and clear communication. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with marketing for campaign alignment, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and collaborating with academic and operations teams to improve offerings based on prospect feedback.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Inside Sales and Sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Experience in Lead Generation and Account Management, including nurturing prospects through the full sales cycle.
Focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build trust, handle objections, and deliver a positive learner experience.
Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to guide decision-making.
