Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day potroom operations to ensure reliable pot health, efficient performance, and strict adherence to SOPs and best-in-class operating practices.
Monitor and control critical process parameters, including bath chemistry, temperature, alumina feeding, voltage, and anode-cathode distance, while minimizing anode effects and process deviations.
Achieve targeted metal production, current efficiency, productivity, and quality KPIs by monitoring daily performance and implementing corrective actions to eliminate operational losses.
Optimize specific energy consumption, raw material utilization, anode-changing cycles, bath balance, butt handling, bath recovery, and recycling practices.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure the availability and reliability of EOT cranes, feeders, rectifiers, and auxiliary systems, including timely r
