ALLEN Online is building India's most proven NEET preparation system — one that puts a top-ranked coaching experience in every student's home. We're looking for a hands-on growth owner who lives in the funnel and the numbers, and who can turn strategy into daily execution.
This is a single-threaded owner role for the NEET category's commercial engine. You'll own the journey from traffic → lead → counselling → enrollment, run pricing and packaging experiments, sharpen the sales pitch, and keep the CRM honest. You won't manage a team yet — you'll be the person who makes the number move.
What you'll own
Pricing & packaging — Own the price ladder, offer construction, and bundle logic for the NEET category. Design and run pricing experiments, model the impact on conversion and net revenue, and decide what ships.
Sales & enrollment — Own the enrollment number end-to-end. Partner with the counselling team to lift connect-to-enrollment rates and shorten the sales cycle.
Traffic-to-lead funnel — Own conversion across the funnel: landing pages, PDP-to-lead, form completion,



and lead quality. Diagnose drop-offs, run A/B tests, and work with design and performance marketing to fix leaks.
Counselling pitches — Build and continuously refine the pitch, objection-handling scripts, and sales collateral counsellors use every day. Sit in on calls, find what's working, and codify it.
CRM & daily tracking — Own CRM hygiene and lead lifecycle tracking. Build the daily dashboard the business runs on — funnel stage conversion, counsellor performance, cohort health — and flag issues before they become misses.
A typical week
Reading the funnel every morning and knowing why yesterday's numbers moved
Shipping a pricing or landing-page experiment and reading the result
Listening to counselling calls and rewriting a pitch that isn't landing
Cleaning up CRM stages and pushing counsellors on stuck leads
Bringing a sharp, data-backed point of view to the weekly growth review
