Role Description The Field Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal. This role involves identifying and prospecting new clients, presenting Mediquity Technologies’ software solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. The Field Sales Executive will conduct in-person meetings and product demonstrations, follow up on leads, negotiate pricing and terms,



and maintain robust relationships with existing customers. Daily responsibilities also include gathering market feedback, collaborating with the internal team on proposals, and preparing regular sales reports to meet defined targets.
Qualifications

Proven field sales experience, ideally in software, technology, or healthcare-related solutions.
Strong skills in client prospecting, relationship management, and negotiation.
Ability to deliver clear product presentations and demonstrations to diverse stakeholders.
Solid communication, interpersonal, and basic technical understanding of software solutions.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset and strong time-management skills.
Comfort with on-site client visits across Bhopal and surrounding areas.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in healthcare technology or enterprise software sales is an advantage.
