Position: Inventory Associate
Location: Bangalore

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Associate to handle article/item creation and inventory data entry in the system. The candidate will be responsible for creating new articles, updating item details, and maintaining accurate inventory master data.

Key Responsibilities
Create new articles/items in the inventory or ERP system.
Enter and update article details accurately in the system.
Maintain item codes,



descriptions, categories, units, and other required details.
Check the information provided before creating articles to avoid duplicate or incorrect entries.
Update changes in article/item information as instructed by the concerned team.
Coordinate with Store, Purchase, and Inventory teams for required item details.
Maintain proper records of article creation and updates.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entries.
Follow company procedures for inventory master data and article creation.
Perform other basic computer and data-entry activities related to inventory as assigned.

Requirements
Minimum 0–1 year of experience in data entry, inventory, retail, or office work.
Freshers can also apply.
Basic computer knowledge
Basic knowledge MS Excel and MS Word.
Ability to enter data accurately and quickly.
Positive attention to detail.
Willingness to learn inventory software/ERP s
