We specialize in construction-focused bookkeeping, tax, fractional CFO services, as well as Quality of Earnings and M&A; advisory for business buyers and sellers.
We move fast, rely heavily on automation and AI, and we are now building a content engine to match that pace.
We run two YouTube channels and are looking for someone to own their growth end-to-end.
You will define the content strategy, use AI to accelerate production, and consistently publish high-quality videos that grow audience and generate leads.
Audience : business buyers and sellers, with a robust focus on Quality of Earnings.
Channel 2: AceCPAs Bookkeeping
Audience : construction business owners who want cleaner books and stronger financial systems.
Use AI tools to streamline scripting, editing, voiceovers, visuals, and thumbnails without losing quality
Edit long-form videos optimized for retention and create short-form clips for Shorts, Reels, and TikTok
Write and refine titles,
thumbnails, descriptions, chapters, and tags for SEO and click-through rate
Manage a consistent content calendar and publishing schedule
Track performance metrics such as watch time, retention, subscribers, and lead generation
Continuously test new formats, hooks, and ideas based on data and platform trends
Proven YouTube editing and growth experience (please share channels or videos you have worked on)
Strong editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
Hands-on experience with AI video and content creation tools
Excellent written English for scripts, titles, and descriptions
Bonus Points
Thumbnail design skills (Photoshop, Figma, or AI tools)
Experience driving conversions from YouTube to leads or email signups
CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Descript, Opus Clip, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Midjourney or similar AI tools, plus AI writing assistants. Co
