Roles & Responsibilities
Call and follow up with all incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, website inquiries)
Convert trial classes into paid enrollments
Handle parent inquiries and walk-ins at the centre
Clearly explain program structure, advantages, and pricing to parents
Build trust with parents and guide them through the decision-making process
Maintain daily lead tracking and follow-up records (CRM/Excel)
Ensure no lead is missed or delayed beyond 24 hours
Drive monthly enrollment targets and revenue goals
Coordinate with coaches to schedule trial classes and feedback loops
Follow up with parents post-trial to close enrollments
Support on-ground events, open houses, and activations for lead generation
Handle basic parent communication after enrollment (handover to ops)
