Uplift AI is an AI SEO platform. We help businesses rank on Google and on the AI answer engines people now ask first: We audit a website, show where it's losing visibility, and tell the owner exactly what to change to rank. Our customers are small businesses, local service providers, and SEO agencies across Canada and the US.

We have a steady flow of inbound leads coming in through founder distribution and paid ads, people who are already interested in Uplift AI. Your job is to reach out to them, qualify them, get them on a call, run the product demo yourself, and close the deal. This is a full-cycle role: you own the lead from first contact to signed customer.

Qualify leads: understand their business, their current search/AI visibility problem, and whether Uplift AI is the right fit.

Run live product demos over video call, tailored to each prospect's website and industry.

Explain clearly how Uplift AI improves visibility on Google and on AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity), i.e. AEO/GEO, in terms a non-technical business owner understands.





CRM & pipeline hygiene

Log every lead, call, and deal stage in the CRM without being chased for it.

Use call tracking and sales funnel tools to know exactly where every lead is and why deals stall.

Minimum 1 year of experience selling AI tools or SaaS products, with a proven, provable track record of closed deals (not just activity metrics).

Basic working understanding of sales fundamentals: qualifying, objection handling, and closing.

Basic understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and how AI answer engines choose what to cite, enough to speak credibly about it on a demo call.

Comfortable using up-to-date AI tools day-to-day (for research, prep, follow-ups).

Hands-on experience with CRMs, call tracking software, and sales funnels, you shouldn't need hand-holding on the tech stack.
