Role Description The Sales Leader role is a full time, on-site position based in Murshidabad. The individual in this role oversees showroom and field sales activities, leads and motivates the sales team, and ensures achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. Daily responsibilities include managing customer inquiries,



guiding potential buyers through the vehicle selection and purchase process, and coordinating test drives and demonstrations. The Sales Leader tracks key performance metrics, prepares sales reports, and collaborates with service and accessories teams to promote bundled offerings and after-sales solutions. This role also involves developing local market outreach plans, maintaining strong relationships with corporate and retail customers, and upholding the dealership’s standards for customer experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience in automobile or retail sales leadership, including team supervision and target management.
Strong customer relationship and communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, negotiations, and post-sales support.
Basic knowledge of automotive products, financing options, and after-sales services such as service plans and accessories.
