Technical Recruiters – 6 Months to 5 Years
Recruitment Managers – 3 to 7 Years
What we’re looking for:
Solid experience in IT/Technical recruitment
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri & other sourcing platforms
Good understanding of C2H and FTE hiring
Strong candidate engagement and screening skills
Ability to work against targets and deliver quality closures
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Locations: Hyderabad | Bengaluru | Indore | Trichy | Pune
Work Mode: WFO / Hybrid / WFH options available for the right candidates
CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA, depending on experience and capability
