We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy client engagement, sales support, and working in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.



You will play a key role in client outreach, relationship management, and supporting business growth in the Indian market — all while working remotely.

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally.

Should have atleast 1 years of experience.

Fluent in Hindi and English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Previous customer service experience.

Financial knowledge is a plus.

Accept rotating shifts, flexibility to work on non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup.

Skills in help desk tools and CRM software are preferred.
