About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, confident,



and highly persuasive Telecaller / Telemarketer with a proven track record in BFSI product sales or B2B inside sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, lead conversion, demo scheduling, and relationship management with financial professionals across India.
This role demands excellent communication, product understanding, empathy, and follow-up discipline. You will act as the first voice of Finexa, building long-term trust and ensuring seamless lead-to-demo-to-sale conversion.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospect Engagement
Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold leads (MFDs, IFAs, Wealth Managers) generated via marketing campaigns, emails, and events.
Pitch Finexa SaaS effectively, highlighting its benefits, key features, and AIpowered advantages.
Schedule product demos with interested leads and handhold them until successful completion.
Follow up diligently to ensure demo-to-sale conversion and manage le
