Role Description
The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. The role will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, connecting with prospective clients, understanding their business requirements, and converting opportunities into successful sales.
The specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls, conduct product demonstrations, prepare quotations and proposals, follow up with prospects,



and manage the sales pipeline. The role also involves maintaining accurate information in CRM, coordinating with the marketing and technical teams, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with clients, target-oriented, proactive, and interested in building a career in software and technology sales.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, online platforms, and other sales channels.
Make regular inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Altheory products and solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain key features and benefits.
