Customer Support Associate Location: Experience: 1–3 years

Type: Full-time, 8:00 am - 10:00 pm (9-hour rotational shift)

Be the voice of WaterScience by delivering timely, accurate, and customer-focused support across every stage of the customer journey.

Great products deserve great support. This role ensures our customers have a smooth experience, from choosing the right solution to receiving help after their purchase. By resolving queries efficiently and working closely with other teams, you'll play an important role in building customer confidence and strengthening the WaterScience brand.

Customer Support

Answer pre-sales questions and help customers choose the right product.

Resolve post-sales queries related to orders, installations, troubleshooting, and product usage.

Multi-channel Support

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone calls, emails, and chat.

Deliver a professional, friendly, and consistent support experience.

CRM & Documentation

Record customer interactions and update the CRM accurately.





Share customer feedback that helps improve the overall customer experience.

1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role.

~ Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

~ Confidence handling customer conversations over calls, email, and chat.

~ Experience using CRM or customer support software.

Experience supporting a D2C or e-commerce brand.

Experience in the home appliances, consumer products, or water solutions industry.
