Role Description The Academic Trainer–English is a full-time, in office role based in Raipur.



The person in this role will conduct training sessions and workshops for English teachers and school staff on Next Education’s products, methodologies, and best practices in language teaching. Responsibilities include planning and delivering demos and training modules, supporting schools in implementing English curriculum solutions, and gathering feedback to refine training materials. The Academic Trainer–English will collaborate with academic, product, and implementation teams to align training content with curriculum standards and classroom realities, and may travel to partner schools as required. The role also involves preparing reports on training outcomes and maintaining strong professional relationships with school stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong English language proficiency, including excellent spoken and written communication skills, and the ability to explain concepts clearly to diverse educator groups.
Experience in teaching English at the K–12 level or training educators
