Role Description The Edtech Team Lead (Inside Sales) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for leading an inside sales team, setting daily and weekly targets, and monitoring performance against sales goals. The Team Lead will oversee lead generation, qualification, and conversion activities, including calling prospective customers, conducting product demonstrations, and managing the sales pipeline in CRM tools. Day-to-day tasks include coaching and mentoring team members,



reviewing call quality, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and campaigns. The role also involves handling key accounts, resolving escalations, and ensuring a consistent, customer-centric sales experience.
Qualifications
Strong inside sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in an Edtech or similar environment.
Demonstrated experience in team leadership and people management, with the ability to motivate, coach, and performance-manage a sales team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in explaining product value clearly and conducting effective product demos.
Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and data-driven decision-making to track metrics and refine sales strategies.
