Not telecalling. You qualify inbound packaging enquiries, coordinate internally, and convert quotes into orders through disciplined follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

~ Understand client needs (box type, size, qty, budget, timeline)

~ Share complete briefs with costing/tech team

~ Follow up on quotations → push for samples → close orders

~ Update CRM daily; no enquiry unattended

~24 hrs

~ Coordinate with production after order confirmation

Skills Required

Robust communication (English/Hindi)
