Fiberglass Industry (DKFI) is a Gujarat-based manufacturer of FRP and G10 epoxy laminated insulation components, serving electrical and industrial customers in India and internationally. With in-house manufacturing and precision machining, DKFI produces fiberglass epoxy sheets, blocks, tubes, angles, and CNC-machined components used in dry-type transformers, switchgear, electrical panels, and busbar insulation systems — supplying OEMs worldwide with consistent quality and reliable supply.

About the Role We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and represent the company in business meetings across India. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales

• Identify, develop, and manage recent business opportunities across domestic and international markets.

• Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, quotations, negotiation, order closing, and follow-up.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.

• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts,



and market feedback to management.

Client Meetings & Travel

• Conduct in-person business meetings with clients within Gujarat and across other states in India, as required.

• Be available for outstation travel on short notice to meet clients, attend exhibitions, or close deals.

• Maintain a working understanding of the production process for FRP/GPO3/G10/G11 sheets, blocks, tubes, angles, and CNC-machined components.

• CRM & Reporting

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, clients, quotations, orders, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

• Ensure all client communication and deal status is logged in CRM on a daily basis.

• Use CRM data to plan follow-ups and identify opportunities for repeat business.

Requirements • Prior experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (manufacturing/industrial background preferred).

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively
