Enable clear tracking of performance and outcomes

Consistent daily execution on calls and follow-ups

Clean and reliable CRM pipeline

You are comfortable working with targets and performance metrics

Experience we value

Fresher or early-career candidate

Strong spoken communication skills (English + regional language preferred)

Comfort with calling-based roles and performance tracking

Hospitality or sales experience is not mandatory.
