About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Manager who will drive brand growth, sales acceleration, marketing execution, and product strategy. The role requires strong business acumen, market understanding, execution excellence, and stakeholder management skills to strengthen the market presence of RENEE Cosmetics across channels.

Marketing & Brand Growth

Plan and execute marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.

Coordinate with performance marketing, influencer marketing, and creative teams for campaigns and launches.

Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.

Drive product positioning, promotional strategies, and brand communication initiatives.

Monitor campaign performance and ROI to ensure business impact.

Sales Growth & Business Expansion

Work closely with sales teams to achieve business targets and improve market penetration.

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion avenues.

Track sales performance, market share,



and business KPIs regularly.

Coordinate with Product Development, R&D;, Packaging, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams for new product launches.

Ensure alignment between brand strategy, packaging, formulation, and market demand.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.

Prepare business reports, presentations, and growth analysis for leadership review.

Ensure timely resolution of operational and business challenges.

MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.

~0–3 years of experience in FMCG, Beauty, Cosmetics, Personal Care, or Consumer Brands.

~ Ability to manage multiple projects in a quick-paced environment.

~ Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting.
