The Assistant Manager - Video Production supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of video productions from pre-production through post-production. This role works closely with producers, creative teams, faculty, and external vendors to ensure productions are well organized, run smoothly, and are delivered on time and to quality standards.

As part of the Global Design Operations team, you will help create engaging learning experiences while contributing to more efficient production workflows through collaboration,



process improvements, and emerging technologies.

Pre-Production

Coordinate production schedules, timelines, and logistics for multiple video projects.

Partner with internal stakeholders to align production requirements, deliverables, and filming plans.

Prepare production documentation, including schedules, call sheets, and budgets.

Coordinate faculty, vendors, locations, and production resources to ensure filming readiness.

Track project milestones, identify risks, and communicate updates proactively.

Production

Support studio, remote, and on-location filming sessions to ensure productions run efficiently.

Assist with production setup, equipment coordination, presenter support, and general on-set logistics.

Help faculty and subject-matter experts feel prepared and comfortable before and during filming.
