We're looking for a Senior Business Development Associate who can identify opportunities, generate high-quality leads, build strategic partnerships, and contribute directly to our growth journey.

What You'll Do
Drive end-to-end business development activities, from lead generation to deal closure.
Identify and connect with colleges, universities, training institutes, and corporate partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value of our platform.
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach, referrals,



networking, and digital channels.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve customer acquisition strategies.
Negotiate commercial terms and close partnerships.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Gather customer feedback and share market insights with internal teams.

What We're Looking For
5–10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Inside Sales, or Partnerships.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in lead generation and revenue growth.
Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Comfortable handling B2B sales cycles independently.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.
Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills.
Experience working in a startup or SaaS environment is a plus.
