In this role, you will serve as the primary link between our brand and our Southern region clientele. You will focus on resolving complex inquiries, nurturing long-term client relationships, and turning feedback into actionable service improvements. Client Support & Communication

Address incoming client queries, concerns, and feedback efficiently across multiple channels (Phone, Email, Live Chat).

Relationship Management & Loyalty





Establish genuine, trust-based connections with customers to boost retention and brand advocacy.

Analyze and troubleshoot product or service disputes with a clear, logical approach.

Quality Improvement & Feedback Analysis

Share actionable insights with management to help refine products, workflows, and service quality.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken Kannada and Malayalam (Mandatory) . Working knowledge of Hindi or English is a strong plus.

Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution: High emotional intelligence paired with sharp analytical skills to defuse tense situations.
