Director / Manager of Finance & Operations — U.S. Finance & AccountingLocation India — Remote This position is based in India and supports a U.S.-based company. The successful candidate must have strong experience working with U.S. companies and U.S. accounting and financial reporting practices .

This is a full time, hands-on individual-contributor position . The role does not currently have a finance or accounting team reporting to it.

Role Description The Director of Finance & Operations is responsible for the day-to-day financial and operational management of SimpleChime, a U.S.-based healthcare technology company.

While the position is located in India, the individual will be responsible for maintaining the company's financial records and reporting according to U.S. accounting practices and standards and must be comfortable working with U.S. customers, vendors, banks, accountants, and company leadership.

This is not a traditional Director position focused primarily on managing a team. The person in this role will personally perform and own the company's day-to-day finance and accounting work .
