Designation Business Development Manager

Business Development Experience 2–10 years

Compensation ₹18–27 LPA, depending on experience and suitability Role

Role Overview We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, and commercially oriented Business Development professional to help accelerate Alchemy Cleantech’s growth across India. This is a multi-functional role that requires a combination of business development, commercial, technical, financial, and legal understanding. Business Development & Deal Origination

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for BioCNG projects across India.

• Engage with corporate clients, industrial customers,



and potential partners for joint development of BioCNG assets.

• Lead deal origination, opportunity evaluation, proposal preparation, commercial discussions, and negotiations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and business partners.

• Develop market intelligence and identify emerging opportunities in the renewable energy and BioCNG sector.

BioCNG Offtake & Commercial Development

• Identify and pursue long-term BioCNG offtake contracts with Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) customers as well as Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).

• Support negotiations around pricing, volumes, tenure, contractual terms, and other commercial conditions.

• Work closely with internal technical and operations teams to ensure commercial commitments are aligned with project capabilities.

Project Evaluation & Investment

• Evaluate potential BioCNG projects from commercial, technical, financial,
