About Flatz Flatz is an all-in-one community and property management platform designed to streamline operations, tenant communication, and property workflows. We are growing rapidly and looking for an ambitious growth operator to drive our client acquisition engine.
Role Overview We are looking for a hybrid Marketing & Sales Specialist who can manage the full conversion pipeline: generating qualified leads, booking discovery calls, and closing deals with property managers, HOA boards, or community leaders.
You will own outbound outreach and lead conversion, earning a base salary alongside uncapped commission for every closed deal.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Execute cold outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone, local outreach) to property managers, landlords, and community administrators.
- Funnel Building: Set up and optimize outreach channels/content to generate consistent inbound/outbound meeting requests.
- Sales Calls: Conduct product demos,



walk prospective clients through the Flatz platform, handle objections, and close software deals.
- Pipeline Management: Track prospects, follow-ups, and active deals through our CRM system to ensure zero leads slip through the cracks.
- Feedback Loop: Partner with engineering/product teams to share real-world client feedback and market insights.

Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or sales development (SaaS or Real Estate tech experience is a strong plus).
- Comfortable running live video demos and closing contracts independently.
- Self-starter mindset capable of building an outreach funnel from scratch.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Base Salary: Guaranteed monthly base (negotiable based on experience/commitment).
