THE ROLE: The Sr Officer, will be responsible for the sales in Agra and nearby territories, to expand market coverage, build customer relationships, and coordinate business requirements in and around the city and the neighboring territory.

Develop and manage ongoing relationships with Distributor leadership to leverage support for corporate initiatives as well as to ensure that the company is in tune with their needs in growing the business.

Provide directions to conduct analysis of various Distributor organization, help them identify their avenues of growth and improvement.

Responsible to plan and implement corporate sales events, promotions and distributor qualifications that support global corporate strategies in the local marketplace.

Responsible to promote various national events and promotion in the region.

He/She shall ensure ethical business practices amongst the team as well as with the distributor community.

Work in conjunction with key local leaders and management to create and implement an integrated strategy to support our Distributors business needs.





Establish a explicit Distributor and consumer communication plan and overseeing implementation.

Recommend potential Distributor promotions and ensuring that they fit within the global strategy by delivering Distributor excitement and momentum.

Interact with Distributors to identify future growth potential to understand the needs of the markets and daily methods of operation.

Monitor DS performance, identify, and resolve issues. Identifying the weak links and conduct a deep dive to improve their business

Manage event and promotions budgets effectively.

Travel required, and work occasionally on weekends, for national and regional events.

Generate sales data & reports.
