About the Role We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and friendly Customer Success & Sales Coordinator to become the first point of contact for our current and future members.

Help more people start their boxing journey and provide an amazing customer experience.

This is not a traditional customer service position.



You’ll be responsible for helping generate revenue by converting leads into members while ensuring every customer receives excellent service.

Responsibilities Lead Management

Answer questions via phone, SMS, email, and CRM.

Help convert trial members into paying members.

Help new members download and use the Soto Boxing app.

Assist members with booking classes and private sessions.

CRM & Sales

Utilize CRM automations effectively.

Administrative Support

Respond to incoming calls.

Support coaches and management as needed.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Friendly and skilled phone presence.

Strong customer service skills.

Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls.

Quiet home office.

Comfortable learning new software.

Bonus Experience

CRM software (HubSpot, Zen Planner, GoHighLevel, etc.)

Sales experience.

Fitness industry experience.
