Role: Channel Sales – Relationship Manager | Architects & Builders

We are looking for a confident and relationship-driven Channel Sales – Relationship Manager to build and manage strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and other premium real-estate ecosystem partners .

The role is focused on developing a strong referral and channel network, generating qualified opportunities,



and converting relationships into consistent business for our premium interior design projects.

Generate qualified leads and business opportunities through the channel network.

Conduct regular meetings, presentations and relationship-building activities with partners.

Coordinate with the internal Sales, Design and Project teams to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.

Track leads, opportunities, conversions and channel performance.

Attend networking events, industry meetings, exhibitions and partner engagements.

Maintain regular follow-ups with architects and builders to stay top-of-mind for upcoming projects.

5+ years of experience in Channel Sales, B2B Sales, Relationship Management or Business Development .

~ Experience in real estate, interior design, architecture, building materials, modular interiors, furniture or luxury products is preferred.

~ Strong existing network among architects
