Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and commercially driven professional to grow iKure’s business in Jamshedpur and the surrounding industrial belt. The role is primarily focused on sales and business development, with responsibility for developing corporate and institutional business while supporting clinic growth and local operations.

The person should be comfortable spending significant time in the market, meeting companies, industries, MSMEs, institutions, doctors and potential partners, and converting these relationships into sustainable business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities





Corporate & B2B Business Development
Identify and develop business opportunities with corporates, industries, factories, MSMEs, institutions and other organizations in and around Jamshedpur.
Build relationships with HR, Admin, CSR, EHS/OHS, Medical and senior management teams.

Generate leads, secure meetings, make presentations, prepare proposals and follow opportunities through to closure.

Develop business for employee health screening, preventive and occupational health programmes, diabetes and NCD management, annual health programmes, corporate clinics and digital health solutions.
Build and actively manage a strong local sales pipeline and work towards agreed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Clinic Growth & Local Business

Support the growth of iKure clinics and healthcare services in the region.
Develop referral relationships with doctors, diagnostic centres, hospitals, pharmacies and other health
