Job Title: Inside Sales Engineer

Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the engineering, software, or technology sectors.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Engineer to support our growing sales operations. This role is critical in generating qualified leads, maintaining a robust CRM/database, and nurturing relationships across various industry verticals.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in inside sales—preferably in engineering services, software solutions, or related domains.

Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, digital campaigns, and outbound tools.

Database Management

Maintain, segment,



and update CRM systems with accurate customer and prospect data.

Client Outreach

Schedule meetings for the field sales team. Target high-potential accounts based on market insights.

Coordinate closely with field sales, marketing, and technical teams.

Align outreach strategies with organizational goals.

Prepare lead status reports, pipeline metrics, and actionable insights using Excel and CRM tools.

Proficiency in data extraction tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, filters, charts, and data analysis functions.

Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
