With 28+ centres across India and an ambitious vision to expand to 100 centres nationwide , CHC is building one of the country's largest integrated cancer care ecosystems.

This is not a conventional Executive Assistant role.

We are looking for a highly driven professional who can serve as the central pillar of the Founder’s Office, ensuring seamless execution of business priorities, leadership coordination, project management, communication, and operational follow-through.





Key Responsibilities Founder Office Management

Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation, and logistics.

Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the Founder’s Office.

Track key projects, initiatives, and business priorities across all organizations.

Strategic Project Management

Support the Founder in managing business expansion projects and strategic initiatives.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business intelligence assignments.

Assist in planning and execution of recent centre launches and growth initiatives.

Coordinate cross-functional projects across marketing, operations, finance, HR, and clinical teams.

Develop dashboards, management summaries, and executive MIS reports.

Monitor key performance indicators and business metrics.

Support data collection and analysis for leadership reviews.
