360Future Academy is the education and professional training division of 360Medicare. The Academy delivers language training, professional development, international education and employment-readiness programmes for students and healthcare professionals.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced, target-driven Academy Sales Manager to lead our student admissions, counselling, sales and enrolment activities.

The Academy Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the complete student sales journey—from initial enquiry and counselling through to admission, enrolment and fee collection.

The successful candidate must have proven experience working in an academy, educational institution, EdTech company, language-training centre, study-abroad organisation or similar education workplace. They should be capable of managing a team of student counsellors,



developing an effective sales process and consistently achieving monthly enrolment and revenue targets.

Sales and Student Enrolment

• Develop and implement the Academy’s student sales and enrolment strategy

• Conduct telephone, online and face-to-face counselling sessions with prospective students and parents

• Explain course content, eligibility, fees, timelines and career pathways clearly and accurately

• Follow up with interested students through telephone, email, WhatsApp and other approved communication channels

• Team Leadership and Management

• Lead, supervise and motivate the Academy’s admissions and student-counselling team

• Set individual and team targets for calls, follow-ups, appointments, applications, enrolments and revenue

• Conduct daily sales meetings and regular individual performance reviews

• Train counsellors in programme knowledge, communication, counselling, objection handling and sales conversion
