This role works US business hours (night shift in India) with US-based clinic

owners, office managers, and front-desk teams.

• Onboard current clinics and make their first 30 days excellent

• Catch churn risk early and drive renewals, expansion, and referrals

• Be the voice of the customer back to our product and engineering team

You have at least 3 years (ideally 5+) owning client relationships in a SaaS or tech company





• You have worked directly with US or international clients, not domestic-only

• You can commit to a full-time night shift on US hours, long term

• You are genuinely proactive and comfortable owning accounts without close supervision

• You have reliable home internet and a quiet space for client calls

• Your spoken and written English is excellent

Experience in medical claims processing, including insurance eligibility verification, prior authorizations, and claim denial resolution in a healthcare or clinical setting.

• Background in BPO or customer-facing voice/support roles for US or international clients

• Experience with US healthcare or medical/dental/optical practices

• Comfort with CRMs and a knack for turning data into a story
