Manager – Business Development (Sales Leadership)

We’re looking for an exceptional Manager – Business Development to lead one of our core revenue teams. This role is built for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, loves building winning teams, and has a relentless obsession with delivering business outcomes.

You will own revenue, lead large sales teams, drive operational excellence, and play a critical role in scaling one of India’s fastest-growing overseas education businesses. Revenue & Business Growth

* Own ambitious revenue targets and consistently deliver business growth.

* Design and execute sales strategies to maximize customer acquisition, conversion, and profitability.

* Identify new growth opportunities through data-driven decision-making and market insights.

* Drive forecasting, pipeline management, and business planning with a sharp focus on execution.

Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales organization.

* Set clear KPIs, review performance rigorously, and drive continuous improvement.

Business Ownership & P&L;

* Own the complete P&L; for your business unit.

* Drive operational efficiency while maximizing ROI across all business initiatives.

Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Student Success teams to improve the customer journey.

* Build robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate business outcomes.

Translate insights into actionable strategies that improve sales effectiveness and customer experience.

3-6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Revenue Leadership.
