Roles & responsibilities

Working as a Associate consultant in this team, your responsibilities will
include but not limited to:

•Possess knowledge and understanding for statutory accounts and Audit or
compliance requirements for Netherlands, India or other country.
•Preparation of Financial statement including preparing of underlying
workpapers, working schedules and other supporting documentation.
•Review and analyse financial data, adjusting entries as needed to comply with
GAAP.
•To provide technical and transaction-based accounting advisory support and
research to international KPMG teams and clients, including implementation
assistance with new accounting standards.
•Preparing of financial statements under Dutch GAAP and IFRS.
•Preparing Reporting GAAP to Local conversion.




•Training junior staff in preparation and performing audit procedures.
• Proactively interact with the internal with engagement team to gather
information and resolve problems related to compilation work.

Mandatory technical & functional skills

•Ability to research, read, comprehend and critically examine accounting
standards and tax pronouncements in order to have an informed point of view is a
MUST
•Demonstrated ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced setting.
•Working knowledge of Audit methodology, materiality concept and audit
documentation.
