We are looking for a Junior Business Development Executive to join our sales team and support B2B lead generation and business development activities across international markets.

The ideal candidate should have some prior exposure to lead generation, business development, inside sales, or SDR activities and should be comfortable with LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, cold calling, research, and follow-ups .

Research and identify potential B2B prospects across international markets.

Find and connect with relevant decision-makers through LinkedIn and other professional platforms .





Conduct email outreach and follow-ups with prospective clients.

Make outbound calls to prospects and introduce the company's services.

Maintain and regularly update lead and prospect information in CRM.

Schedule introductory meetings for the senior sales team.

Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, responses, and follow-ups.

Achieve daily and monthly lead generation and outreach targets.

6 months – 2 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, SDR.

~ Hands-on understanding of LinkedIn prospecting and networking .

~ Experience with email outreach and professional follow-ups .

~ Comfortable with cold calling and outbound communication .

~ Good verbal and written English communication skills .

~ Basic understanding of CRM or lead management tools will be an advantage.

~ Comfortable working in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment .
