We are looking for a high-ownership Operations Excellence leader to drive operational performance and scalability across our rapidly growing Quick Commerce network. The role will work closely with Operations, Product, Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, and Regional teams to identify operational gaps, build mechanisms, and deliver measurable improvements across the network.

This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong analytical thinking, operational judgment, and the ability to translate ambiguous problems into scalable processes and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Drive network-wide operational excellence: Own key operational metrics across the Quick Commerce network, identify performance gaps, and drive structured interventions to improve customer and store outcomes.
Build scalable mechanisms: Develop operating mechanisms, SOPs, dashboards, and review mechanisms that enable consistent execution across hundreds/thousands of stores.
Identify and solve systemic issues: Deep dive into recurring operational defects, identify root causes,



and partner with Product/Tech/Operations teams to implement sustainable fixes rather than one-time interventions.
Launch and scale new products/processes: Partner with Product and Tech teams to roll out new tools and capabilities across the network, including pilot design, store adoption, training, live support, issue tracking, and post-launch stabilization.
Data and analytics: Build a strong data-driven understanding of operational performance through dashboards, automated reporting, deep dives, and leading indicators. Translate data into explicit actions for field teams and leadership.
Program management: Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through execution, ensuring clear ownership, milestones, metrics, and mechanisms for tracking progress.
