About Huts4u
Huts4u is a growing travel-tech platform offering adaptable hotel bookings, including hourly and full-day stays. We are expanding our hotel partner network across Odisha and are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential hotel partners through field visits, networking, and lead generation.
Generate qualified leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Present Huts4u's platform, services, and partnership benefits to hotel owners and managers.
Onboard new hotel partners and ensure their property listings are successfully completed.
Regularly travel across Bhubaneswar and Puri for hotel visits, meetings, and onboarding.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hotel partners.
Achieve monthly hotel onboarding and sales targets.
Collect market feedback and competitor insights to support business growth.




Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth partner onboarding and operations.
Requirements
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and manage field-sales activities effectively.
Basic knowledge of sales, hospitality, or the travel industry is preferred.
Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and frequent travel between Bhubaneswar and Puri.
Candidates with access to a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be preferred.
Candidates should have access to a laptop for reporting, onboarding, and operational activities.
