Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Anjar, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing activities that promote HARISH SOLAR ENERGY’s products and services.



This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional channels, managing social media presence, and overseeing brand positioning in the local and regional markets. The Marketing Manager will conduct market research, analyze customer segments, and monitor competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and refine messaging. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with sales and operations teams, creating marketing collateral, organizing promotional events, and tracking campaign performance against defined KPIs. The role also includes managing external agencies or vendors as needed and providing regular reporting on marketing results to leadership.
Qualifications
Strong background in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand management, ideally within renewable energy, technology, or related industries.
Experience with digital marketing tools and channels, including social media management, content
