Key Responsibilities 1. Supply Chain Strategy
Design Kefilo's end-to-end supply chain model from raw material sourcing → procurement → production → packaging → storage → distribution → customer.
Build a scalable supply chain framework that can support expansion across multiple cities.
Identify the right mix of centralized production, contract manufacturing, and local sourcing.
Procurement & Vendor Network
Identify, evaluate, negotiate with,
and onboard suppliers for food ingredients, packaging, equipment, and other operational requirements.
Develop a reliable multi-vendor network to reduce dependency and supply disruptions.
Establish vendor SLAs, quality standards, pricing benchmarks, and performance metrics.
Build systems for demand forecasting and procurement planning.
Production & Inventory
Develop inventory management systems to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing wastage.
Coordinate procurement with production and demand forecasts.
Establish systems for batch planning, stock rotation, expiry management, and wastage tracking.
Help standardize raw materials and specifications across production partners.
Distribution & Logistics
Design cost-effective distribution models for B2C subscriptions and B2B customers.
Evaluate centralized vs. decentralized distribution and last-mile delivery models.
