It resolves customer calls and chats end to end, coaches live agents in real time, and reviews every conversation for quality. Write and test outbound sequences across calls, email, and LinkedIn, favouring sharp, personalized messaging over volume.
Coach reps live across channels (calls, email, LinkedIn), one skill at a time.
Run weekly reviews of recorded calls and outbound messages, each focused on a single coachable skill.
Partner with the CDQA Manager on data quality, delegating the enrichment load so your coaching time doesn't slip into supervision.
Own email deliverability and dialer health so outreach actually lands.
