Role Description The VRM (Virtual Relationship Manager)

The VRM will manage and enhance customer relationships through phone and digital channels, providing timely information on life insurance products, policy features, and service requests. Responsibilities include responding to queries, assisting with policy renewals and upgrades, following up on leads, and supporting cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in alignment with business goals. The VRM will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
