Role Description The Senior Facade Designer is a full time, on-site role based in Chalakkudy. This position is responsible for leading façade design activities from concept through detailed design, developing technical solutions for curtain wall, cladding,



and glazing systems that meet project specifications and performance requirements. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing shop drawings, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and production teams, and ensuring designs comply with local codes, safety standards, and international façade practices. The Senior Facade Designer will collaborate with clients, architects, and consultants to refine design intent, resolve technical issues, and support value engineering initiatives. The role also involves mentoring junior designers, maintaining design documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement in design methods, materials, and façade technologies.
