Role Description




MGrow is looking for a Regional Manager – Offline Student Acquisition to own and drive student admissions into EV and AI training programs across its franchisee centres, purely through offline/on-ground channels. This is a field-heavy, target-driven role responsible for building local visibility, generating walk-in footfall, and converting on-ground activity into enrolled students at each centre — without relying on digital/paid-media leads.
The ideal candidate has deep, hands-on experience in offline student mobilisation (canopies, institute tie-ups, job fairs, community outreach, referral networks) and has led multi-location or multi-centre enrollment teams to target.

Qualifications
7+ years of experience in offline/field sales, student admissions, education/skilling sales, or franchise-based enrollment generation — preferably within vocational training, EV/automotive training, or IT/AI skilling.
Proven track record of planning and executing offline/BTL camp
