About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Associate to drive sales of traded auto components, build and manage our dealer network in Ahmedabad and surrounding areas, and act as the key link between the market and our head office.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Marketing of Traded Products
- Achieve monthly sales targets for traded products in the assigned territory
- Pitch products to existing and new customers, garages, workshops, and fleet owners
- Manage pricing, offers, and promotions in coordination with management

2. Channel Development and Recent Dealer Appointment
- Identify, appoint, and onboard new dealers and distributors in Ahmedabad + nearby markets
- Strengthen relationships with existing dealers to improve secondary sales
- Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising at dealer points

3. Receivable Control




- Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collections from dealers
- Coordinate with accounts team for payment follow-ups and credit control
- Minimize overdue and bad debts in the region

4. Sharing Market Feedback
- Track competitor activity, pricing, new launches, and schemes
- Collect feedback from mechanics, dealers, and end-users on product performance
- Report market trends, demand patterns, and customer insights weekly

5. Reporting on Daily Activity
- Maintain daily call reports, visit reports, and sales reports
- Update CRM/Excel with dealer visits, leads, and closures
- Share daily/weekly summary with reporting manager

6. Campaigning and Mechanic Meet
- Plan and execute mechanic meets, dealer meets, and product training sessions
- Run local campaigns, roadshows, and counter activation programs
- Build brand loyalty among mechanics and influencers in the auto trade
