As a Supervisor, Radixx Product Support, you will lead a functional team of support analysts in a 24/7 multichannel workplace. You will manage daily workloads, guide employee performance and resolve customer escalations to protect service levels. Supervise a functional team providing 24/7 technical support across multichannel setups.




Manage customer escalations and critical incidents to maintain system uptime.

What You'll Bring

Minimum 8 years of experience in technical product support operations.
