Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced real estate sales professional based in Koramangala, North Bengaluru. The role involves managing end-to-end property sales activities, including prospecting leads, conducting site visits, and guiding potential buyers through the entire transaction process.



The sales professional will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and brokers, while ensuring a high level of customer service and transparent communication. Daily responsibilities include understanding and presenting project details, negotiating terms, preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and updating the CRM with accurate records. The role also requires staying informed about local market trends, primary inventory options, and regulatory requirements to provide informed advice and close deals efficiently.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid real estate knowledge and practical experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions.
